Information for Riders and Drivers
Notice to all Participants
Please note a recce ride of the route has today taken place on horseback. The ride at a walk will take roughly 2 hours, this will obviously take less time if you decide to trot parts of the route. Please be aware that the race track itself will close at 1.30pm to allow the first race to commence at 1.45pm. Any participant arriving after 1.30pm will not finish on the racetrack.

Rider Offer
All participants can register for free breakdown cover and rescue whilst travelling to and from the event. Please click here for more information
Taking part
You can still take part. A place on the ride can be guaranteed by completing the online registration form and paying the £100 Registration Fee.
Riders are asked to raise as much as possible for Help for Heroes.
There are a limited number of spaces on the ride so places will be awarded on a first come first served basis.

Summary of Registration Conditions
Stabling
Stabling can be booked for the night of Friday 9th July at a cost of £55 per stable. If you wish to book a stable, please download the form below and return with payment to the address on the form.
